Without a doubt, holding on to our beliefs is one of the main factors that inhibit us to make progress towards professional and personal success. Similarly, organizations which have a burning desire to become “Agile” to remain competitive (or follow the trend), fall into the trap of thinking that adopting the “agile practices” recommended by their agility consultant will suffice in their organizational transformation that will take them to the next level, not realizing the change needs to happen at a deeper level.
